Putting Performance Into Business Coaching with Business NLP

London October 27, 2004 -- An experienced executive or business performance coach needs a range of core competencies. Coaches need the ability to sell, build and maintain a strong relationship with clients. (NLP) Neurolinguistic programming was introduced as a tool for personal development 30 years ago and it is from these studies that Business NLP was born. It is based on understanding the impact of attitude; modelling successful performers and developing techniques for improving thinking and communication skills.

Michael Beale, Director and Founder of PPI Business NLP and Peter Freeth, Director of Communications in Action, a bespoke communications consultancy, are co-authors of the NLP coaching master-class. The class is more than teaching a series of models and techniques. It builds on the delegates' current attitude and skill set to enable them to expand to a wider range of assignments and more senior clients.
